DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE ISSUE

How soon must I notify you of any problem with my order?

In the unlikely event your order arrives incomplete, has an incorrect item or if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery to notify us of any issues.

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?

You'll need a credit or debit card registered to a UK address to pay for your items online. We accept the following cards: Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Credit and MasterCard. We also accept payment via UK registered PayPal accounts and Amazon Pay. We do not accept American Express.

How do I pay with PayPal?

Check out as normal and you'll be able to select PayPal from the payment options. You will be directed to log in to your PayPal account, where you will be able to see your order details and confirm payment.


Is the website secure?

DELIVERY

Can I change delivery details after my order is placed?

No, as a security precaution you can’t change your delivery address once you’ve placed an order. This protects customers from address fraud and orders being redirected to a different unauthorised address after the purchase has been made.

Is International delivery available?

Sorry we do not offer International delivery at the moment

Can I change, add or remove items once I've placed my order?

No. It isn't possible to add to or amend your order after it's been placed, but you can cancel it and place a new one containing everything you want. To cancel you'll need to contact us before your order is dispatched.

Delivery dates: Can I choose a specific day?

No, the standard delivery service will be 2-3 working days and express delivery will be a next working day service for orders received by 2.00pm
